Your first visit is all about you: your comfort, your happiness, and your health
During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history forms, learn about your goals for your oral health, take X-rays and photographs of your teeth and mouth, and complete a thorough clinical exam. The doctor will meet with you to discuss the clinical findings, answer any questions you may have, and help you create a personalized treatment plan.
At your next visit, one of our hygienists will complete a thorough assessment of the overall health of your teeth and gums, clean and polish your teeth, and provide guidance on how you can take excellent care of your mouth at home between visits.
Bring your smile, but also remember to bring these to your first appointment
- Your completed patient information forms
- Your insurance card if applicable
Regular checkups are an important part of maintaining a healthy smile!
The American Dental Association recommends a visit to your dentist for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
We understand you have a busy schedule, so when you’re preparing to visit our office, please remember your appointments may last between 60 and 90 minutes.
